What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, American Express or cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
Yes, we use secure software to encrypt transaction details to ensure that they are completely safe as they travel the internet.

When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will only be charged when your goods have been shipped. We will tell you when you place your order what is available and when any parts on backorder will be available so that you can decide when you would like your order to be shipped. There will be an additional shipping charge for items sent separately.

Do your prices include taxes?
No, tax is not shown on the on-line order form but VAT will be added at 17.5% on all shipments within the UK and EEC.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Due to the products we sell shipping charges can vary considerably between one order and the next. We therefore will calculate the shipping charge (via the most cost-effective route) for your individual order and advise you of this cost before the goods are shipped and before we debit any money from your card.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
When we receive your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail detailing parts ordered, availabilty, cost of parts and shipping costs.

When will you ship my order?
Assuming that all parts are in stock and that payment has been authorized, any orders received (and authorized) by 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day.

What is your returns policy?
We will accept the return of parts if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return the goods as detailed above within 30 days we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, we will only refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.
