On receiving your order we will respond via e-mail advising of freight
costs. We will endeavor to negotiate the cheapest shipping costs
for your parcels. In the main we will use next day carriers and
Royal Mail for customers within the UK. For Europe and ROW we will
usually use UPS or DHL, dependent on price. We are quite happy to
use other carriers if you require.
On placing your order we will send you a confirmation detailing
the shipping costs at which point we will require an e-mail from
you to authorize shipment.
When you receive your parcel(s) please ensure that you have the
correct number of parcels and that they are not damaged in any way.
If a parcel is damaged please make this clear on the carriers delivery
note.
Should there be any problems with your delivery eg damage or discrepancies
please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods on shipping@shop4autoparts.net
