We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest and reliable Motor Trade Parts Sales Advisor for a full-time vacancy at our Coventry base.
We need someone with a friendly, professional attitude who knows how to deal with customers politely, both on the phone and via email. Experience in a similar position in the automotive industry is essential, and a background working with Land Rover and Jaguar parts would be an advantage.
You must be an excellent communicator, organised and motivated with great inter-personal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the identification and supply of Parts to Trade, and Retail customers
-
Dealing with incoming telephone & email queries / orders in a polite and professional manner
-
Ensure all sales enquiries are answered to take advantage of all selling opportunities
-
Making regular sales calls to generate new business
-
Keying of customer orders to computer system to generate advice notes / invoices
-
Issue of parts to customers ensuring the accurate picking and recording of issued items
Experience And Skills
-
You must have a minimum of 2 years previous Franchise Dealer, Motor Factor, or Independent Specialist Supplier experience
-
Used to dealing with customers via telephone and email
-
Computer literate, ideally experienced with using Microsoft and electronic parts catalogues.

Good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts

Good attention to detail

Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment

Working Hours
