What does next day delivery mean?
UK next day delivery means that items will be delivered on the next working day. ie Items ordered on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Where do you deliver ?
We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers whereverver they may be in the world. We have sent shipments to over 50 countries and the list continues to grow. If we can find a suitable carrier we will attempt to make shipments wherever required. Note certain counties may have additional charges for shipment or clearance.
How will delivery be made ?
UK Deliveries are made either via Royal Mail or Carrier. We have secured low carriage charges and pass these on to you the customer.
Export Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail small packet air mail for lighter items and a variety of well established carriers for heavier items. We use mainly Parcelforce for mainland Europe. Rest of World shipments go via Fedex, TNT, or UPS.
How much will delivery cost ?
Your delivery charge will be calculated on your total order weight and value and your registered address. You will be able to see this charge at checkout stage and upgrade it if this is available. Please also note for UK / European Union customers shipping charges also incur a VAT charge.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges
Mainland UK Standard (2-3 days) Order Value over £50 (ex VAT) Free Delivery
Mainland UK Standard (2-3 days) Order Value less than £50 (ex VAT) £5 (ex VAT)
Mainland UK Express (Next Day) £7.50 (ex VAT)
How long will my delivery take ?
Stocked parts will be despatched same day for orders received by 3.00PM.
In the UK, subject to Royal Mail and Carrier performance ,we would expect you to receive your goods the next working day by Express shipping and within 2-3 days for Economy shipping. Exceptions to this would be Scottish Highlands & Offshore UK Islands which will take slightly longer. As a standard there are no carrier deliveries at the weekend but in some circumstances we may be able to arrange Saturday carrier deliveries at an additional cost, please email or call us before ordering if you require a saturday delivery.
In all other countries except the UK we would expect you to receive your order within 5-7 working days for Royal Mail deliveries and 2-3 days for carrier deliveries.
International Shipping
For those of you living outside of the UK, our shipping costs are based on weight and the country we are shipping to. If you create an account with your delivery address and then create your order the shipping cost to you is created automatically at checkout. There is no need for you to provide any payment details before you see what this cost is.
